We began our venture together in 2009, driven from our combined passion for hospitality, humans, food and travel. We have been very fortunate to have worked in many of the wonderful restaurants and hotels that Sacramento, the U.S and Mexico have to offer. Our experiences in hotels and restaurants have guided us to fulfill this dream together. 


Cacio (pronounced caw-chee-oh and meaning "cheese" in the Roman dialect) was born from our love for Italian cuisine and all things wine and craft beer. We can't wait to share our passion with you and to celebrate a fun, unique, neighborhood experience in the Pocket area of Sacramento. We look forward to you joining us for lunch, dinner or a glass of wine on your way home.
